This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect. Just a short walk away from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, it made exploring the area a breeze. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with good beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the big private terrace that came with my room, offering a lovely space to relax and enjoy the surrounding views.

One night (from midnight to 2 AM), there was a karaoke nearby (50 m) causing a lot of noise.

Unbeatable location. In the middle of the main street and a few minutes walk from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants. With a nice little terrace and tables and chairs outside. Quiet and tranquil room. Very correct breakfast. Correct room and huge bed. The receptionist who received us in the afternoon-evening spoke to us in Spanish, was very attentive and supportive. I even wrote emails with them before going to the establishment and they were very helpful. In the same hotel there was no parking but one street away there was parking without any problem . The population also helps. In October, it is very pleasant in spite of the fact that there are still many tourists. I found it to be a particularly quiet and modest town in contrast to the Emerald Coast.

It was very hot in the room at night and we had to open the air conditioning to sleep.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Santa Maria. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the harbor where you can catch a boat to explore the stunning Gulf of Orosei. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late checkout despite the hotel being fully booked. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and a big private terrace. The attention to detail in both the inside and outside decor was exceptional, with the hotel looking fresh and recently renovated. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was delicious and provided a great start to our days exploring this beautiful area.

The only good things about the hotel were the free parking and the location near the water. It was helpful not to worry about parking, and having the sea nearby was a plus. Plus, the Christmas decorations in the lobby were cute and made the atmosphere nice.

We had a fantastic stay at Nicoletta! The location was perfect for our boat tour with Tortuga Boats to the remote beaches of Sardinia on the Baunei Coast. We loved the fact that it was just a 5-minute walk to the pier. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially the concierge who provided us with a sack lunch and beach towels for our excursion. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a great view from the window. The stocked mini fridge was a nice touch, especially when we needed water late at night. we couldn't have asked for a better breakfast and a more enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose Nicoletta again!
